    Privacy policy

Here we explain in plain words what data we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and how you can use your rights.

    Last updated: 21 October 2026

    Who we are

Toddily — a private preschool in Damascus, Abu Rummaneh, opposite Al-Sibki Garden. Founders: Dr. Sara Nahas and Shaza Yassin.

    What data we collect

    • Registration form: Student Affairs sends each family its own link. The form includes the child's and parents' details, contact numbers, a health questionnaire, and consent for first aid and food.
    • Job applications: name, mobile number and CV, plus your email and note if you add them.
    • Parents' survey: when it is open, we keep the child's name and your answers about your experience with us.
    • Parents' portal account: the login details Student Affairs gives you, and what the portal shows about your child.
    • Booking form and WhatsApp messages: your name, your child's age and the service you're interested in, and your number if you message us.
    • Website use: we record anonymously which pages are opened and which buttons are pressed, to improve the website. We don't use ads or tracking tools from advertising companies.

    Why we collect it

    • To register your child and care for them safely every day, and to know their health needs and which foods suit them.
    • To contact you about your child, and to answer your questions and visit bookings.
    • To review job applications and choose our team.
    • To improve our services through your feedback in the survey.

We collect this data with your consent when you fill in the forms, and because it is needed to provide the service you asked for.

    Who sees the data

Each Toddily staff member sees only what their job needs, according to their role. For example, Student Affairs sees the registration file, the medical team sees health data, a teacher sees what relates to their class, and HR sees job applications. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

    Children's data

    • Only a child's parents or guardian provide the child's data.
    • We never publish any child's data on the website or anywhere public.
    • The school does not share children's photos or videos through the app.
    • Parents may see, correct or ask to delete their child's data through Student Affairs.

    Job applicants' privacy

    • What we keep: your application details and the CV you attach.
    • Who sees it: only Toddily's HR team and management.
    • Withdrawing your application: message us on WhatsApp or by email and we'll delete your application and CV.

    Service providers

    • A trusted cloud hosting provider: hosts the website and database and stores files.
    • An internal AI tool: our team uses it to summarise some reports and case studies. No decision about your child is made with it without review by our team.
    • WhatsApp: when you message us there, the conversation is covered by WhatsApp's privacy policy.

    How long we keep data

We keep a child's data for as long as they are enrolled, then only as much as we need for school records. We keep job applications while they are useful for hiring, and delete them when you ask. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

    Protection

Connections to the website are encrypted (HTTPS), every staff member signs in to the system with a personal account, and each role sees only what concerns it. Registration links are personal to each family.

    Changes to this policy

We may update this page when the way we work changes, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.

    Contact
